Bill's pizzas are packed high with cheeses and meats.
we shared one - should have shared a small because we could only finish 2/3 and we were both stuffed.
The combinations are wonderful -

Man, Palm Springs has an awful pizza scene when this is the top spot. I've had the pizza, it's fine. It's the best in PS, which isn't saying a lot. I called the other Saturday night around 8:30. They close at 10. Guy answers, I order a large pepperoni and he tells me they're not making anymore pizza tonight.
....what?
I'm not asking you to make a whole Hawaaiin pie so I can come in and buy 1 slice. I'm asking for a large pie to pick up. And you're just...not gonna make anymore food tonight? With an hour and half still open? The guy says "Yeah we got slammed tonight, we can't make anymore". Dude...that's not how it works. I mean, I guess it does here. I've never heard of a place that just stops making food while they're open for another hour and a half. Unfortunately when you're in a pizza scene so bad as PS, Bill's can get away with this. Yikes. What place doesn't want to make money on a Saturday night? -

Stopped in for a quick bite/slice of pizza and this particular visit was not as good as our other experiences at Bill's Pizza. We got there a little past 1:00PM and there were a few tables occupied. The service was slow and the server was not engaging at all; actually, he was a bit surly. Maybe it's because we only had a slice of pizza each?
The pizza took 30-minutes to arrive as the server/cook/cashier stated that they burned the first pieces that he placed in the oven. The slices he delivered weren't very hot, so he over-compensated not to burn these.
The toppings on the Elton John pizza were flavorful and blend well together. The pepperoni pizza was meh.
For those who have not been to this location, the restroom is outside the restaurant and you need a key to access it.
Again, we've been to Bill's Pizza before and have had good experiences. Unfortunately, this was not their best performance. -

The BEST healthy pizza we've ever eaten. We are still sad that Bill passed away all of the sudden this past July 2019. His pizza will live on forever.

Stopped into Bill's Pizza when I was last in PS. Being a foodie and also GF, when I travel the only two foods I miss at all is Mexican food and pizza. Mexican has always offered me the most choices of any cuisine and with Gluten intolerance the fastest growing food related disease, more and more Pizza joints are making GF and they have become excellent in the last 4 years. I decided to try Bill's and it did not disappoint. They offer some interesting and local theme types of toppings as well.
